FAQ for Partners

All iCG Pay partners will transition to the CSG Forte platform, gaining access to additional payment features, enhanced reporting and a more robust support network.

The iCG Pay Partner portal will be phased out after migration. You’ll use CSG Forte’s portal to manage merchant rate plans, applications, commissions and your merchant portfolio.

Current merchants will continue processing without interruption as they are migrated to CSG Forte’s platform. Future onboarding and configuration will take place in Dex, supported by our customer success team. Contact your assigned Customer Success Manager for additional details.

Your commissions and buy rates will be consistent with the terms of your agreement, however, the commission payout schedule will change. Partners will receive their commissions faster as iCG pays commissions on the 1st day of the month for 2 months prior. CSG Forte will start to pay out commissions on the second to last business day of the month for the previous month. A report with the commission details will be emailed to you on the last day of the month. Please contact your iCG Account Manager if you have any questions regarding the fee schedule included in your updated CSG partner terms and conditions.

Yes, partners need to act now to advance their partnership with CSG.

  • Sign Agreement: If you have not already, you will need to review and sign an updated agreement with terms and conditions that align with CSG’s exiting partner agreements.
  • Register for Dex: To access the partner portal which enables partners to manage the application pipeline and merchant portfolio.
  • Complete Training: After registering your account, you will need to complete our interactive Dex training that assists you with lead management, creating rate plans and application management. Access our interactive training courses here.
  • Complete Integration: Integrated partners will need to complete the REST API integration to the CSG Forte platform by March 31, 2026.

FAQ for Merchants

Your existing payment processing will continue without interruption during the transition. Once your account is migrated to the CSG Forte platform your iCG account will be closed.

All recurring schedules and tokens will automatically migrate to your CSG Forte account— In most cases, no additional action is required. Should we require your assistance, our Support team will contact you promptly.

You’ll receive a follow-up email when your account is ready to migrate. Once testing is complete, your iCG Pay portal will be deactivated, and all processing and billing will move to CSG Forte’s platform.

Yes, as part of the migration you will receive access to CSG Forte’s Dex platform which will enable you to manage your CSG Forte solution, disputes, transaction lifecycles, reporting, notifications, and customer management. If you have not received an invitation to Dex, please contact our support team to request an invite. You can access training modules via the Dex Training Portal after registering your account.

As part of your migration, your billing will transition to CSG Forte. Once migrated, your invoice will be emailed to you on the 5th of each month, and your invoice payment will be auto-debited from the billing account on file on the 10th of each month.

Login to Dex to view your merchant invoices. Once you are inside of the Merchant Org, Invoices can be found under Locations. For assistance with searching, viewing and downloading invoices, Click Here.
